Positive: Location was Amazing. Left to our own devices, never encountered any staff or cleaners. Home from home for a week & couldn't have asked for a better place! Negative: There's nothing to remark or comment on here!

Positive: Great location just off International Drive. Two nice outdoor pools with hot tub. Good size apartment with kitchen and lots of storage space for luggage. Negative: No balcony or windows which open therefore nowhere to dry towers and some dampness which was only partially mitigated by vents in each bathroom. Shower floor in one bathroom was uneven resulting in a permanent puddle on the opposite end to the drain. Defective shower head in second bathroom which was overhead / mounted to the ceiling and spewed water all over the floor. Maintenance however did arrive quickly and fix it, which was very positive. Advertised as having a washing machine which was misleading because in reality there was a shared pay machine for the entire building. Access to main building had no security and a lot of people coming / going with doors left open. Unpleasant strong smell of weed in the corridor immediately outside our apartment and towards the main entrance.

Very well worth the stay Positive: The room was very comfortable and very close to the places I wanted to go it was also so clean. The staff was very friendly, polite and very well mannered Negative: there wasn't a thing that I didn't like

Positive: I liked all the part of the place, beautiful Negative: I like everything

Negative: Llegamos a las 16 pm y estaba sucio. No habían limpiado. No dejaron toallas. Tuvimos q esperar hasta las 20 pm para bañarnos.
